2. Wajib video unboxing, kami tidak akan terima jika ada masalah dengan order tanpa video unboxing.

5. Semua order final dan tidak bisa diubah jika sudah dibayar. Harap cek kembali sebelum melakukan pembayaran.

Product Warranty:

1. Void if the ownership is transferred (name on the invoice will be your proof of ownership).
2. 1 year regarding PCB functionality (start from received the board).
3. <2mm tolerance of visible surfaces after built.
4. Cosmetic imperfections hidden after built on the PCB and plate are not covered.
5. For purchasing PCB only without case, we will only give 1 week guarantee regarding PCB functionality.
6. Complaint should be informed to us within 7 days after received the package and need unboxing video as proof. We won't accept any complaints without video proof.

1. Extra PCBs DO NOT include MCU.
2. Each extra PCB comes with plate foam and PE sheet, but batteries are not included.
3. Shipping is free for extra parts on this page when purchased together with the QK Alice Duo keyboard.
4. Each badge set includes 2 badges. Each central button set includes 2 buttons.
5. Extra parts orders will be canceled if you do not have an unfulfilled QK Alice Duo keyboard order under the same account. Cancellation fees will apply.
6. Plates are compatible with all PCBs.
